Multimedia Arts Troupe ARS

Multimedia Arts Troupe ARS is a multimedia music creation and performance group founded in 2006 by composer YongGyu Gregory Kim. It is an organization that expands the range of art expression by using various genres of art such as pure music, dance, and performance, as well as modern new media. Artists with outstanding skills in various fields at home and abroad are participating.
ARS has performed numerous multimedia performances like 'New Media Arts Into the public 2010', 'Contingency Music Festival 2012', 'Musicatan Exhibition 2013~2017', 'Integrated Media Concertos 2016, 'DICMF, Daegu International Computer Music Festival 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022', etc. In addition to the creation of new media art, it performed new art works from various countries such as Europe, America, South America, and Asia. It is currently the organizer of the Daegu International Computer Music Festival.

다매체예술단ARS는 2006년 작곡가 김용규에 의해 창단된 멀티미디어음악 창작, 공연 단체이다. 순수음악, 무용, 퍼포먼스 등 다양한 장르의 예술과 컴퓨터, 영상 등 현대 신매체들을 사용하여 예술의 표현범위를 넓혀가는 단체로, 국내외 각 분야의 뛰어난 기량을 가진 예술가들이 참가하고 있다. ‘신매체예술 대중속으로 2010’, ‘우연성음악 축제 2012’, ‘전람회의 음악 2013~2017’, ‘통합미디어협주곡 2016, 2017’, ‘대구국제컴퓨터음악제 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022’등 다매체예술단 ARS는 뉴미디어 아트의 창작 뿐만 아니라 유럽, 미국, 남미, 아시아등 다양한 국가의 신예술 작품들을 공연하였다. 현재 DICMF 대구국제컴퓨터음악제 주관단체이다.
